    Hi everyone, it’s chloe! I’m an NFPT certified personal trainer. I’ve been an athlete my entire life, I played softball, soccer, volleyball, and competed in all-star cheerleading up until high school (2015), that’s when I fell in love with track. I joined a training group to train in the off-season and that’s where it clicked for me. I learned so much about the importance of nutrition, training, resting, etc! I fell in love with the process of it all and that’s where my love built into a passion. People began noticing the changes I was making and started asking questions. It was often “what workouts are you doing” or what do you eat”? So I began sharing my passion on social media and found it to be my outlet, it’s what excited me each day and gave me that extra drive. Incorporating fitness into my life has been nothing but positive. It’s given me a new level of confidence. It’s helped me develop goals to strive for whiling giving me more energy throughout the day, more strength, independence, and an even more positive outlook on life.
